We require a male secretary with minimum 5yrs of work experience as Personal Secretary/ Assistant
- E-Mail Handling & handling of other office equipments like fax, xerox etc.
- Ticket bookings/ making travel arrangements
- Updating for day to day activities & maintaining records for the same.
- Good communication skills
- Complete knowledge of word, excel & power point
- Co-ordination & follow-ups
- Details of inward & outward entries
- Taking dictation - shorthand
- Organising & Managing events
